Meeting Overview

The Gordon Research Seminar on Organic Geochemistry is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The focus of this meeting is to create an open environment where early-career organic geochemists can get together to present and discuss their research in our innovative field. Emphasis will be placed on new developments in organic proxies, biogeochemical processes, and the understanding of petroleum systems. This meeting will include a career panel where members of our community, at different stages in their career, will share their experiences of how they got to where they are today.
