EAOG/Organic Geochemistry/Elsevier scholarships 2015

Dear Organic Geochemists,

The Elsevier Research Scholarship, co-sponsored by the journal Organic Geochemistry and the European Association of Organic Geochemists (EAOG), is intended for early-career researchers working in the field of organic geochemistry. The Research Scholarships aim to foster the scientific dialogue which Elsevier and EAOG believe to be fundamental to the advancement of research.

This year’s winners of the EAOG/Organic Geochemistry/Elsevier scholarship are:

  • Lukasz Pytlak, Montanuniversität, “Diamondoids and new mass spectrometric method developed using state of the art GCxGC-TOF-MS and/or GC-MS/MS instrument”
  • Sophia Bratenkov, Macquarie University, “Temperature reconstructions based of GDGT biomarkers in marine sediments from IODP Expeditions 313 and 317”
